This software provides key market data that helps both them and 3M plan better, make the customer happy – and implement tailored marketing programs. 

Secondly, this company was not prepared to limit themselves to the local market, and took a truly innovative approach to pursuing export business. 

This creative approach had great results for 3M.  We have since been able to expand our range of products, the quantity of products – and inevitably – increase our number of customers in the export territories.
